Shipping & Returns


 

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship through USPS/UPS and typically will have a 2-4 day delivery window. However, it can end up being 5 days based on location. Luckily, our icings and frostings do not melt or crack in the heat or cold. We do ask that you be aware of the date you are needing your cake or cookies by as deliveries will not be available on Sundays or guaranteed on Mondays.

Sorry we do not ship internationally at this time

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not allow for treat cancellations if it has been more than 48 hours after your purchase, as our treats are made fresh every few days and there is not enough of a window to allow for this. However, we do allow cancellations for custom cake orders within 72 hours of placing your order. Please reach out about your circumstance and we can clarify about what we can do next. We cannot offer refunds after these times, once an order has already been made. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, we will not accept returns or exchanges for perishable items. However, if an item you have received is broken, smashed, melted, moldy or otherwise not to your satisfaction, contact us and we will find a way to make things right monetarily or we can send you a completely new product or set of products for the same value of your recent purchase. We obviously strive for none of these problems to occur, but we also realize things happen.

Please contact us with any complaints within 48 hours of receiving any products.

We are happy to work with you if a circumstance arises.
