  • What are your store hours?
    Online orders are available 24/7 and we will begin working on them within 24 hours of placement. We will also be adding events and market dates to our website as they come up.
  • Where are you located?
    We do not have a physical bakery location at this time, so you can place your order online or at one of our markets. We are based in Argyle, Texas but we can ship anywhere in the USA and hope to one day have a brick and mortar shop. We do offer porch pick and local delivery within certain zip codes.
  • How long will it take for me to recieve my cookies/treats?
    We ship our cookies/treats on Monday-Friday. We have a 2-4 day shipping policy but it can end up being shorter or longer. This also means we do not have delivery dates available on Sundays. If you have questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. If you placed an order for local delivery or pick up, you will be contacted about dates and times that work.
  • How long will my cookies or cake last?
    All decorated or stamped cookies have a room temp shelf life of 3-4 weeks or until too hard for your dog to enjoy. However, these can be frozen for well over 6 months. Keep in mind that shelf life can also depend on your climate and home environment. Bulk treats are good at room temp for 1 week and then need to be placed in the freezer. They will last well over 6 months. This also makes for a fun cold treat for your pup! Cakes & pupcakes should be treated the same as a cake you and I would eat. After about 4 days in the fridge, the cake can begin to get stale or spoil.
  • Why do some of my cookies look slightly different?
    We pride ourselves on making each and every cookie by hand. This means that there will be slight differences even among the same kind of cookie. We like to think of this as a positive and we promise your pups won't mind.
  • How do I store my dog's cake?
    You can refrigerate or freeze your cake upon opening but make sure to remove the parchment paper and place in an airtight container. Do not wrap in plastic wrap. A cake in the fridge will be good for about 4 days and in the freezer for about 1 week.
  • How do I store my dog's cookies/treats?
    We recommend storing our decorated treats in the fridge in an open container or on the counter in a closed container. This keeps moisture from forming in a sealed container or from humidity at room temperature. All bulk treats will do good for about 1 week on the counter and then it is best to freeze them until they are gone. They thaw extremely fast and will last well over 6 months. Our bulk treats are very limited in there ingredients and cannot deal with room temperatures for long periods of time.
  • What if my dog has a food allergy?
    All of our cakes and cookies at this time are gluten free and most are grain free. However, if your dog has a special need, different allergy, or if you have any questions about what a good option might be please contact us. We are not veterinarians so we suggest speaking with your dog's vet in order to recieve an accurate diagnosis about any potential food allergies and a recommended diet.
  • Monthly Subsciption boxes
    In order to cancel your subscription please email for your request. A refund cannot be made if your request is in the same month you have already been charged. Your cancellation will begin with the next month, unless your request is made before your charge date in the current month. Then your cancellation will begin in the current month. Subscription boxes are shipped free of charge and always combine 6-8 decorated treats and/or samples of bulk items. Timing of your shipped box depends on what time of the month you made your original purchase. However, some months a box may be earlier or later than the last.
  • Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
    We do not offer returns or exchanges with perishable items. Please check out our policy pages to read more information about refunds and replacements. If you still have any questions, feel free to contact us.
  • Do you offer custom cookies?
    We do offer custom cookie orders. This means a half dozen or dozen decorated cookies. This involves discussion on what theme, designs, colors, shapes, wording, etc you would like and when you need them. If you are wanting a custom order please reach out at
  • I have not recieved a reciept from my cake order.
    Please feel free to reach out with your order name and we will get back to you with a confirmation. However, you should receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No, we do not at this time.
  • Where in the US can you ship?
    We can ship anywhere in the US at this time. Shipping costs will differ depending on where you live as we use USPS and they have specific charges for shipping throughout the country.
  • Do your treats and cakes have any sugar?
    No artificial sugars. Sugars are found naturally in the honey we use or any fruits we potentially use. But we do not have any harmful sucrose in any products. All of our treats and cakes are all natural with no added sugar, salt, or preservatives. We use all natural food colorings and ingredients used for flavor.
  • Will my cookies melt in the mail?
    No. This is an amazing feat, but our frosting and icing does not melt or crack! However, humidity can make icing slightly tacking. We do our best to counteract this or from packaging sticking to cookies. We have done a pretty good job so far avoiding this problem. However, shipping can be unpredicitable sometimes. We will always do our best to make things right if there are any issues with your order.
  • Which cities do you offer local delivery to?
